1. What is Tuenpx?

Tuenpx is a UK-based fashion brand owned by ABLOH CAPITAL LTD, dedicated to creating timeless, high-quality clothing that blends comfort, durability, and effortless style. We focus on well-crafted essentials designed for everyday wear.

2. Where do you ship?

We currently ship to all regions within the United Kingdom, including England, Scotland, Wales, and Northern Ireland.
At this time, we do not offer international shipping, but we’re working to expand soon.

3. How long does delivery take?

  • Handling Time: 1–3 business days to process and pack your order.

  • Transit Time: 5–8 business days once dispatched.
    You’ll receive a tracking link via email once your parcel is shipped.

4. Do you charge for shipping?

GB Flat Rate £5.32 will be charged on all orders.

5. How can I track my order?

Once your order has been shipped, you’ll receive a confirmation email containing your tracking number and link. You can use this link to follow your delivery status in real time.

6. Can I change my delivery address after placing an order?

If you need to change your delivery address, please contact us immediately at support@tuenpx.co.uk We can update your address before dispatch.
Once your parcel has shipped, you may be able to adjust delivery preferences directly with the courier using your tracking link.

7. What is your return policy?

We offer a 30-day return policy. You can return items within 30 days of receiving your order as long as they are unused, unwashed, and in their original packaging with tags attached.
To start a return, please contact us at support@tuenpx.co.uk with your order number and reason for return.

8. Do you offer refunds?

Yes. Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we’ll process a refund to your original payment method within10 business days.
Please note that shipping costs are non-refundable unless your order arrived damaged, defective, or incorrect.

9. Can I exchange an item?

We currently don’t offer direct exchanges.
If you’d like a different size or color, simply return your original item for a refund and place a new order.

10. What should I do if I receive a damaged or incorrect item?

We’re very sorry for the inconvenience. Please contact us within 2 days of delivery and include:

  • Your order number

  • Photos of the damaged or incorrect item(s)

  • Photos of the packaging and shipping label

We’ll quickly arrange a replacement or refund once we verify the issue.

11. What payment methods do you accept?

We accept major debit and credit cards, including Visa, MasterCard, and American Express.
We also accept secure online payment methods such as PayPal and other options displayed at checkout.
